Johnniebeefs is a 1950s - inspired diner featuring authentic Chicago-style hot dogs, great service, and a unique atmosphere. When John looked around Salt Lake City, it seemed to have everything but a good old 100% beef hot dog place. John changed all that, and Johnniebeefs was born to bring this American classic to our exceptional city.
